This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications provided by Harmolo (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “our”).
Our apps differ in what they do, so not every practice described below applies to every app. Each app collects only the data relevant to its own features — many of our apps collect nothing beyond optional crash diagnostics and work entirely offline. For the exact data a specific app handles, see that app’s data disclosure on its store page (the App Store privacy details or the Google Play Data safety section).
Crash and Diagnostic Data (apps that include crash reporting) Some apps collect crash and diagnostic information — such as crash stack traces and standard device details (device model, OS version, app version) — through a crash-reporting service (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics) to improve stability and fix bugs. Where the app offers the option, you can turn this off in its settings. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Usage Data (some apps only) Some apps collect usage data, such as screen views and feature interactions, through analytics services to improve functionality. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Advertising (some apps only) Some apps display ads through advertising networks. If you consent to tracking, ads may be personalized based on your usage. This data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Microphone (some apps only) Some apps, such as voice and pitch-analysis apps, use the microphone to analyze sound in real time. This audio is processed solely on your device. It is never recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party.
Apps that do not use the features above do not collect the corresponding data.
We do not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law. The crash-reporting, analytics, and advertising services named above process data on our behalf as service providers.
Crash and diagnostic data is retained by the crash-reporting service for a limited period and then deleted. For example, Firebase Crashlytics keeps crash data for 90 days before it begins removing it from its live and backup systems. You can request deletion of data associated with your use of our apps by contacting us at the email below.
We may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page.
